ED Prime Glass

ED Prime Extra-Low Dispersion fluorite glass delivers amazing colour resolution and contrast. Bushnell’s highest quality glass virtually eliminates chromatic aberration and colour-fringing to bring out the most details possible in low-light conditions. Allowing you to see clearer and brighter.

EXO Barrier

EXO Barrier, quite simply, is the best protective lens coating technology Bushnell® has ever developed. Added at the very last step of the coating process, EXO Barrier molecularly bonds to the lens and fills the microscopic pores in the glass. The resulting ultra-slick coating repels water, oil, fog, dust and debris. Rain, snow, fingerprints and dirt will simply not stick.

PC-3 Phase Coating

PC3 phase-correcting prism coatings eliminate internal interference to improve colour and contrast for the brightest and clearest images possible. Bushnell’s exclusive PC3 Phase Coating is applied to the prisms to bring each image into sync after it has been halved and rejoined after being split by a roof prism optical system.

Fully-Multi Coated Optics

All air-to-glass surfaces feature multiple layers of anti-reflective coating. Index-matched broadband anti-reflection fully multi-coated optics are specifically engineered to match each lens element to further improve light transmission, contrast, and colour fidelity across the entire visible spectrum delivering the brightest, highest-contrast images with the least amount of eye strain as only a very small percentage of light is lost before it reaches the viewer’s eye.

Ergonomic waterproof design

Ergonomic body design positions the hand over the binocular’s center of balance for additional comfort and reduced strain and fatigue while the closed bridge design provides a solid and stable platform for the internal focus mechanism. The large slip-resistant center focusing wheel is easy to manipulate in cold and wet weather, even while wearing gloves.
